Long-term freshness protection
Authorised UK supplier of The "Wicovalve"®
The Wicovalve ® enables both beans and ground coffee to be packed immediately after roasting, this is due to the unique one-way system which operates at extremely low opening pressures (approx. 3-4 millibars), the Wicovalve® operates by allowing the CO2 generated by freshly roasted coffee to be released - therefore eliminating "blown packs" or having to leave the coffee to degas or effectively go stale (both practices normally associated with other systems and methods of packing coffee) - whilst at the same time the Wicovalve ® (with its unique re-closing system) ensuring oxygen does not permeate into the pack.
This guarantees that your freshly roasted coffee: has a longer shelf life, retains its 'day it was roasted' aroma and has the fresh coffee taste demanded by you and your customers.
